Visiting this website does not oblige users to provide any information about themselves; however, personal data may be requested through forms during the visit.

Said data will be included in a file under the responsibility of ESPORTPLUS, SL and will be used for the following purposes: answering your requests and sending you information about our company and the services requested or offered by any means of communication. To fulfil the requests, the data subject authorises ESPORTPLUS, SL to transfer their data to associated or partner companies with which there are service agreements related to the activity, as provided for in articles 10, 11 and 12 of the GDPR, in order to provide an adequate service based on your requests. By sending us said form, you explicitly accept the receipt and processing of the data for the stated purposes. This data will be deleted at your request or once the purpose for which it was collected has been fulfilled.

• Right to data portability: if you want your data to be processed by another firm, ESPORTPLUS, SL will facilitate the portability of your data to the new controller.

If a user considers that there is a problem with the way ESPORTPLUS, SL is handling their data, they may file a complaint with the relevant data protection authority, which in Spain is the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

Refusal to provide the data will mean the service for which it was requested cannot be provided or accessed. You have the right to receive an answer to any question, query or clarification arising from this form.

For the resolution of disputes, the parties submit, at their choice and waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the domicile of the website owner.
