The PLATFORM aims to broadcast and make available to users competitions, matches and audiovisual content from semi-professional and amateur sport by the clubs, leagues and federations that are part of the service.

The catalogue of competitions and events available may vary depending on the agreements in force with each club, league or federation.

To access certain content and services you need to create a user account. The user is solely responsible for keeping their access credentials safe and for all activity carried out from their account.

The account is personal and non-transferable. Sharing credentials with third parties or using the PLATFORM to publicly broadcast its content is not allowed.

The PLATFORM may limit the number of profiles and simultaneous devices associated with the same account, and suspend accounts where fraudulent use or use contrary to these conditions is detected.

The intellectual and industrial property rights to the PLATFORM belong to ESPORTPLUS, SL, holding the exclusive exercise of the exploitation rights thereof in any form and, in particular, the rights of reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation.

Third parties holding intellectual and industrial property rights over broadcasts, photographs, logos, crests and any other symbols or content included on the platform have granted the corresponding authorisations for their reproduction, distribution and public availability.

Downloading, recording, rebroadcasting or publicly communicating the content of the PLATFORM by any means without prior written authorisation is expressly prohibited.

By ticking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the registration forms, users expressly, freely and unequivocally accept that their personal data is necessary for the provider to handle their request, the inclusion of data in the remaining fields being voluntary. Users guarantee that the personal data provided is truthful and are responsible for reporting any changes to it.

The data requested in the registration form is mandatory, as it is necessary to provide an optimal service to the user.

In accordance with the provisions of current personal data protection regulations, ESPORTPLUS, SL is complying with all the provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD regulations for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and clearly with the principles described in article 5 of the GDPR, under which they are processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject and are adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.

The controller guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organisational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD in order to protect users' rights and freedoms, and has provided them with the appropriate information so that they can exercise them.

The PLATFORM offers free content and restricted content, subject to purchasing a subscription or a specific event.

The price, duration and scope of each subscription plan are shown at the time of purchase. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, unless the user cancels them beforehand from their account area.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, and the user keeps access to the content until that date. The provider reserves the right to change prices and available plans, notifying affected users in advance.

ESPORTPLUS, SL reserves the right to edit, update, modify, suspend, delete or terminate the services offered, including all or part of their content, without prior notice, as well as to modify the form or type of access to them.

The provider shall not be liable for access to the platform by a minor, this being the sole responsibility of the user or of those exercising their guardianship.

Responsibility for the use of this platform lies solely with the user. Except as set out in these Terms and Conditions, the provider is not responsible for failures or outages in the operation of the platform (for example, and without limitation: errors in communication lines, software defects or Internet network failures). Likewise, it shall not be liable for damages resulting from improper or inappropriate use of the platform by users.

Playback quality depends on the user's connection and device, as well as on the signal provided by the club, league or federation organising the event.

The user accepts that the applicable law and the competent Courts and Tribunals to hear disputes arising from the interpretation or application of these terms are Spanish, and submits, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals closest to the city of Barcelona.
